Compensation
Simple pay. No hidden math.
We pay 50% of service revenue plus 100% of your tips, weekly. That is the whole structure. There are no tiers to climb, no clawbacks, and no spreadsheet you need to decode to know what a day was worth.
Our standard 60-minute massage is $119, which pays the therapist $59.50 before tip. With a 20% gratuity the same hour pays about $83.30. Add-ons such as hot stone, cupping and gua sha are paid in addition to your service commission, with the amount depending on the add-on, so appointments with add-ons and gratuity earn noticeably more.
Put together, that is $60 to $100 or more per service hour including commission, tips and add-ons. Actual earnings vary with the services booked, add-ons, gratuities and demand, and we would rather you heard that from us than discovered it later.

Keep Learning
Learn Thai massage from seventeen years of experience
You do not need previous Thai massage experience to work here. One of the biggest benefits of joining Thai Touch is the opportunity to learn directly from our owner, a Florida-licensed massage therapist with seventeen years of professional experience who trained in Thailand.
If you already have a strong foundation, you will add authentic Thai-inspired techniques to it: assisted stretching, pressure work along the body's energy lines, and the therapeutic approaches we use every day in Thai Combination, Thai Yoga Stretching and our therapeutic sessions. If you are a newer therapist, you will learn them in a studio that expects you to grow.
Who we are looking for
Therapists who are professional, dependable, friendly, and who genuinely care about giving an exceptional massage. Experience in deep tissue, Swedish, therapeutic, sports, trigger point, myofascial, hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic massage or assisted stretching is valuable. Thai massage experience is welcome but not required.
The license is required
Applicants must hold a current Florida Massage Therapist license in good standing. If you are licensed in Florida and have a solid foundation in massage therapy, we would like to talk with you, whether you are an experienced LMT or a newer therapist looking for the right place to begin.

Questions Therapists Ask
Good to know
Do I need Thai massage experience?
No. A strong foundation in massage therapy and a current Florida license are what matter. Thai technique is taught here, by the owner, as part of the job.
How exactly does pay work?
Fifty percent of the revenue from every service you perform, plus one hundred percent of your tips, paid weekly. Add-ons pay extra on top of your commission. A $119 hour pays $59.50 before tip and about $83.30 with a 20% gratuity.
Do I need to bring my own clients?
No. Thai Touch provides the clients, the booking system and the marketing. You provide the hands.
Are there product-selling quotas?
No aggressive product-selling requirements. Add-ons are offered because guests enjoy them, and you are paid extra when they are booked.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available, built around your availability and the studio's hours.
I am licensed in another state, or waiting on my Florida license. Can I apply?
You will need a current Florida Massage Therapist license to work with us. If your Florida license is in progress, tell us where you are in the process; we are glad to talk, and to keep in touch until it comes through.
What is a first conversation like?
Relaxed. We talk about your training, the work you enjoy most, and your availability, and show you the studio. Bring your license and any questions you have about the pay structure; we would rather you asked.
